Program Officer

We are partnered with a NSW Government Agency that is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Program Officer to join their strategic governance team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated mailbox. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare high-quality documentation and provide timely information to support Executive-level sale approvals. Maintain complete, accurate data and documentation across relevant IT systems. Monitor and assist in programming HP's property sales. Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and data quality. Skills & Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Ability to adapt to high-volume workloads. Administrative expertise, including mailbox management and working with Excel spreadsheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. What you'll get in return: Contract until April 2025. You'll earn $63 per hour + super. Hybrid working environment.
