Program Officer

12 Month Contract I Oct Start I Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Works I Gold CoastIn this role you will support program and project managers, as well as project team members, by collaborating with the team to ensure the effective management of programs and projects.Responsibilities:Monitor regional office projects for data quality and make changes where required within specified deadlines.Schedule projects using Primavera P6.Develop, build, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project and financial support activities.Proactively assist Project Managers with Program Change Requests, Value of Work Completed/Monthly Accruals and cash Flow predictions.Creation of new project shells including relevant geographical and financial data.Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Departmental policy.Qualifications:Current holder of Class C driver's licence.Demonstrated experience of scheduling, preferably within a P6 environment and project management skills using 3PCM Unifier.Able to work innovatively and able to solve problems in a complex environment.Experience using SAP would be highly desirable.For more information, please contact Anna: 07 3003 7787 or click Apply Now.
