5 months contract role with possible extension.Hourly pay rate up to $51.56/day + Super.Flexible work arrangement.Hybrid work (WFH + Canberra, ACT).PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:As a part of your role, you will respond to enquiries and support project staff in booking stakeholder meetings and workshops, taking minutes, facilitating information transfer between project staff, generating reports and sourcing resources as required.
Key Accountabilities:Support the Program Management Office with administrative support, including receiving and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Distribute project information and reporting to project stakeholders and the Executive.Provide administrative support for project activity, including the sourcing of resources, booking of project meetings and workshops, taking minutes, recording actions, risks and issues on registers and receiving and recording consultative feedback.Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and strategies in the project environment to ensure quality practice underpins project activity.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Experience or the ability to undertake administrative support activities, including the ability to source resources and provide meeting support.Awareness of Government policies and processes in relation to corporate governance and records management, particularly in relation to disseminating and storing information.Ability to communicate clearly, including the ability to write in a formal and government style.Sound organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, determine priorities and demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations.If this sounds like you, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
