About the Role/s We are seeking people to add to our high achieving team who produce exceptional outcomes for our clients. You must have 3+ years experience in Defence or Federal Government Program Management. You will work directly with our clients (supported by the extant team), to provide complex and strategic solutions including:
Identifying and managing commercial outcomes related to the program, Providing accurate and timely commercial advice and guidance to delegates and stakeholders together with preparing internal briefs, approval submissions and reports Contract and Deed reviews Commercial Negotiations to establish new arrangements Compliance reviews and drafting of contract terms – particularly for the application of new technologies Contract management The ability to hold & maintain AGSVA clearance is essential. Necessary criteria: 3+ years practical experience in Australian Government in Program management or a Commercial lead role, Qualifications in Agile project management, PRINCE2, or equivalent, Comprehensive knowledge of CPR's & the PGPA, Ability to work autonomously as an SME in your field. Nice to have: Legal qualifications are an advantage. Defence experience is highly regarded. Your application will include the following questions:
