Program Manager (Data And Analytics)

About the RoleExperienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year Data & Analytics program that will drive data and analytics initiatives for the future of this innovative banking organisation. As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead two key streams of work: the Unified Data Platform (UDP) and the Unified Analytics Platform (UAP). These initiatives are integral to the organization's strategic vision and will impact every aspect of the business, including Open Banking and large regulatory projects. The client's head office is based in Newcastle so there would be time required in the office and also offering a 2-year fixed term contract.
What We're Looking ForThey need someone with skills to manage senior stakeholders but also have the ability to go down in the weeds as required, do the documentation and work with the executives in their reporting to the stakeholders. You will need previous data & analytics project experience and exposure across the Microsoft data platforms. You should also have experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum), Risk Management, Change Management and Financial Management to be successful in this role. Having prior experience in the banking sector would be ideal but not a necessity and also you would have the ability to manage large programs with an enterprise organisation.
