About the Role
As we grow, DCV is seeking a dedicated Program Leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional services and leading a team that shares this commitment to excellence. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring outstanding health outcomes and support for clients by managing staff, resources, and program execution across DCV's accommodation and support programs.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm based from our Warragul office.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and foster growth among Disability Support Workers and Team Leaders, driving high-quality client outcomes and professional development.
Oversee and enhance the delivery of programs, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and alignment with DCV's policies and service agreements.
Build strong, effective relationships with clients, families, health professionals, and community partners.
Optimise staffing and resources to support efficient program operations, with a focus on effective rostering and cost management.
Complete and maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

Certificate IV in Disability or a related field (Diploma preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role within the disability sector, especially in accommodation services or complex client support.
Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt, think on your feet, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of computer literacy, with experience in cloud-based systems, MS Office, and rostering systems.
Strong understanding of NDIS regulations, WH&S, behaviour support, and SDA programs.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid Driver's License.
A sense of humour, passion for leadership, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
