Base Salary: $60,372 - $62,478 (p.a.) To be eligible for the position, you must have experience in a similar role as a Program Leader with a focus on programming and development, creative and stimulating room design.
The successful applicant will be well presented and communicate effectively at all levels.
The CHa D Program Leader delivers quality early childhood education, health and development programs to children using children's first language based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a) within a culturally secure framework.
The position focuses on the implementation of a culturally rich environment that includes the use of Aboriginal languages of children in the centre, games, activities and songs.
Congress has a strong focus on cultural safety and working within a bi-cultural model.
The Centre ensures the delivery of supportive and culturally appropriate primary healthcare, building on existing positive relationships with Aboriginal families to ensure; regular family engagement, increased enrolments, and increased children's participation and attendance.
