Division: Independent Public School - North Metropolitan Education RegionSalary: Level 3, $132,143 - $144,601 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)This is a six (6) month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 with possible extension (6 months) and/or permanencyEastern Hills Senior High School (SHS), an Independent Public School catering for young people in Years 7 to 12.Our vision is to offer students a caring, progressive and meaningful learning environment that enhances their self-confidence, and promotes an interest in life-long learning and achievement.We are seeking a Student Services Program Coordinator with exceptional leadership skills, who is an integral member of the senior leadership team. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the principal, the executive team, and the senior leadership team to drive a culture of continuous school improvement, providing educational leadership in the school and the community by promoting the school's strategic directions.You will ideally help drive the school's focus on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and restorative practices. Utilising strong interpersonal skills and leadership attributes, you will collaborate with staff to ensure success for all students.As the Program Coordinator, you should lead and collaborate effectively with the other Student Services staff to plan, implement, and monitor student wellbeing programs using evidence to inform strategic planning.
