Full time, continuing appointmentProfessional Level 7 Salary- $93,475 to $102,606 paPlus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leaveAlice Springs Campus Help facilitate inmate rehabilitation through the coordination and oversight of training programs with Charles Darwin University (CDU) About the PositionAs a Program Coordinator – Prisoner Education & Training, you will work within a collaborative and dynamic team and will play a vital role in facilitating inmate rehabilitation through the coordination and oversight of training programs. You'll be responsible for liaising with NT Corrections Services (NTCS) staff to ensure smooth program delivery, including scheduling training, managing student enrolment, supporting visiting lecturers, and addressing any challenges that may arise.
About YouTo be successful, you will require:
A degree and four years of relevant experience in Management or related area; or extensive experience and program management or other management expertise; or an equivalent combination of experience and education and training.Possess highly developed planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure.Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage complex relationships, fostering alliances and effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and equity groups.Proficiency in student management systems or similar core technologies to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and student record management.Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.A high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diverse needs of students.RemunerationAppointment to this role will be at Professional level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $93,475 to $102,606 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $109,365 to $120,049 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
