We have 4 strategic Origin-wide priorities that will be delivered as part of a program of work, including:Reimaging, re-engineering and streamlining HSE processes across all BU'sConsolidating and modernising HSE & RAC systems (think OCIS, Stature and more)Improving use of 3rd party services across all BU's and in turn reducing spendBuilding a business case for the future of HSE Innovation, assessing opportunities where we can use technology such as drones, robotics, and more to remove people from harms way and find efficienciesThese priorities are critical to enable us to deliver on our ambitions of becoming a business partner of choice, providing low cost but high-quality processes, services, systems, and tools to support Origin and our operating business units to deliver on their strategic priorities and delivering industry leading HSE performance.The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager with the oversight and management of a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation for HSE within Origin.The initial focus will be on establishing the foundations of all initiatives, and supporting the development of appropriate business cases to take forward to the Origin Investment Committee (OIC).Subject to approval, this role will then be responsible for supporting the execution of these initiatives.Key responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee activities to ensure successful execution and alignment with organisational goals.Assist the Program Manager in ensuring successful delivery of the program by contributing to the management and maintenance of project budgets, scope and variation control, schedules, estimates, quality assurance, risk and issue management, project communications, procurement/vendor management, and project document control.Support the Program Manager through developing and/or maintaining processes and tools adhering to standard project methodology and governance requirements set out by the PMO and/or Portfolio Support Office.Maintain project outputs, including project documentation, and monitor project performance, including production of project reporting.Provide hands-on support to any of the initiatives including preparation for meetings, and collation and analysis of data for discovery stages.What will you bring?Extensive experience in business analysis, project management and system development.Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.The ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.At Origin, we're powered by people who believe in creating change.
