About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale digital transformation as a Program Coordinator.
As the Program Coordinator you will provide administrative support and assistance to the Program Director.
Your focus will be to assist the program leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, Committee coordination, action registers and minute taking as required.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Preparing Microsoft PowerPoint decks Taking steering committee meeting minutes RAID management Maintaining program status dashboards Coordinating regular team and Steering Committee meetings About You Commercial expereince working as a program assistant or program coordinator Previous expereince reporting to C-suite stakeholders Experience taking digital governance steering committee meeting minutes Experience coordinating administration for large programs or Project Management Offices (PMO's) including reporting, RAID, resource management, meeting management and project documentation management Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
