Program Administrator

The Opportunity As the Program Administrator, you will provide end-to-end program coordination and administration for assigned programs. Under the direction of the Program Delivery Lead, you will provide administrative support to the program delivery team.
Core Responsibilities Assist with the administration of short-term adviser invoice processing and reimbursement claims processing for long-term advisers;Assist with the administration and coordination of long-term adviser timesheets and payroll documentation;Provide administrative support for personnel contracts and mobilisation activities, ensuring personnel records are up to date in the human resource information system;Provide administrative support to program staff recruitment processes;Maintain insurance records for all long-term international program advisers;Provide administrative support for head contract and services order contracts;Support administrative activities associated with the mobilisation and demobilisation of programs;Regularly maintain and update key program documents and data capture records, e.g., PERFORMS;Review, edit, and format documents and reports in line with Abt Associates' Style Guide;Ensure good record/documentation management;Assist with business development activities as required from time to time;Work in accordance with relevant corporate and program quality management system policies and procedures;Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed.What We Value Minimum 3 years administration experience in a professional services environment;Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems;Good problem-solving and attention to detail skills;Good written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate with culturally diverse audiences;Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and to respond to changing priorities when required;Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;A keen interest in international aid and development;Experience using financial management systems and human resource information systems;Experience working cross-culturally;High School Diploma + Six years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree.What We Offer Abt Global is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse workforce.
