Job Description How you'll be making an impact As a Professional Support Assistant, you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with data entry and producing data reports Assisting with invoicing processes Assisting with reception duties when required Providing all administration support to the team as required Managing outgoing mail for the team – scanning, copying, posting etc.
Qualifications What you'll bring to the role You will have proven experience in office administration or a related field.
We also require: Excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise and multitask High attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office applications and ability to learn new systems High level of urgency and efficiency Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information Additional Information At Work Focus, we get people well and working.
