Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Employment Type: Full time
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour + Paid Overtime Penalty Rates
Location: Gepps Cross
Additional Benefits: $50/month phone allowance
Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Saturday Hours: Regular shifts, times may vary – paid overtime penalty rates
Overtime: Weekdays as required

In this role, you'll be expected to lead by example, working alongside your team to meet production targets and ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Achieving production targetsEnsuring OH&S compliance and safety protocolsSupervising and motivating staff to meet performance goalsOverseeing distribution operationsConducting regular maintenance of equipment and facilitiesManaging stock control processesMaintaining security and safety standards across the siteRequirements: Must hold a valid forklift licence, or be willing to obtain oneStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work hands-on alongside the team to meet targetsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredFlexible to work overtime and Saturday shifts as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
