Hourly Rate: $35 per hour + Paid Overtime Penalty Rates
Location: Gepps Cross
Additional Benefits: $50/month phone allowance
Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Saturday Hours: Regular shifts, times may vary – paid overtime penalty rates
Overtime: Weekdays as required
Our client is one of Australia's largest commercial laundry services for the healthcare and hospitality industries.
In this role, you'll be expected to lead by example, working alongside your team to meet production targets and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving production targets Ensuring OH&S compliance and safety protocols Supervising and motivating staff to meet performance goals Overseeing distribution operations Conducting regular maintenance of equipment and facilities Managing stock control processes Maintaining security and safety standards across the site Requirements:
Must hold a valid forklift licence, or be willing to obtain one Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work hands-on alongside the team to meet targets Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Flexible to work overtime and Saturday shifts as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
