Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story. Position Summary: Point of contact for IT and Business stakeholders. Anchor critical production incidents/outages recovery, work with different partners to ensure applications are recovered within agreed SLA. Closely work with Offshore team in driving continuous improvements in reducing debts thru problem management framework and implementation of automation solutions. Review & guide the team on Ticket analysis, resolution, Document (Application inventory, Handbook, RCA documents, SNOW Tickets, Release Handover Requirement documents, Design documents, Testing & Performance reports, Signoffs etc.) Lead the meetings with counterparts and clients wrt Incident, Service Request & Problem Management. Run/chair calls across APAC Business / IT project stakeholders wherever required. Effective written and oral English communication skills. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in person and by email and phone. Good in technical capabilities, good exposure and understanding application software architecture, development, support and operation. Hands-on and good technical background on .Net or any other software / programming languages. Hands-on and good knowledge and skill in database such as MSSQL, DB concepts. Hands-on and good knowledge in API, webservices and other integrations technologies. Mandatory Skills: Technical Skills: Angular 14, Dot Net, Web API, Type Script, jQuery, Azure with AKS, PHP 5.4, .NET Core, Web API, AngularJS, SWIFT 3, Android Studio 2.3, Xcode 9.0, JAVA, MS Access, Kafka, XSLT/Volante (Transformation), Drools. ITIL Process exposure for Service Management - incident management, problem management, change management, etc. Duties and Responsibilities: 10+ Years of experience in IT industry with 4-6 years of experience in Production support engagements working along with AU, APAC customers & insurance domain. Good in technical capabilities, good exposure and understanding application software architecture, end to end landscape, support and operation. Experience in managing stakeholders with consultative style of communication when addressing issues and solutions. Troubleshooting & good technical background on .Net programming languages & Azure. Troubleshooting & good knowledge on database such as MSSQL, DB concepts. Troubleshooting & good knowledge in API, webservices and other integrations technologies. Lead and manage release / new app transitions, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and operational teams to define project scope and objectives. Coordinate and monitor SLA/KPI adherence, identifying potential obstacles and implementing effective solutions. Conduct regular progress meetings to track project status, address issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Ensure comprehensive documentation of project-related activities, including Ticket analysis, RCA, transition plans, risk logs, and lessons learned. Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster transparent communication. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing.
