Production Supervisor

About the role:An exceptional opportunity to join the Sydney team has arisen in Newington 2127. As the Production Supervisor, you will effectively and efficiently manage all the team members within your area in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements, reporting to the Operations Manager.
The daily responsibilities of this position will include: All work is completed according to our company and customer standards.Organising and setting tasks to ensure orders are completed efficiently and within time frame.Quality control and compliance is maintained.Work is completed efficiently with a focus on providing leadership and daily direction to staff members.Activities are recorded in our warehouse management system.Everyone is working safely and according to our policies and procedures.To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and abilities: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Food production capacity.Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure.Experience working in warehousing in the produce industry (desirable).Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with different levels of staff.Forklift license desirable but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
