Position: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to join our Production Team.

Responsibilities: Supporting production team members in adhering to safe work practices and ensuring all equipment and machinery is in safe working condition through regular inspection and reporting of issues.Contributing to regulatory compliance with Work Health and Safety and Food Safety Systems.Supporting production team members in consistently adhering to good manufacturing practices and food hygiene practices.Consistently achieving production outputs to meet production schedules – delivering in full, on time, and to specification.Regularly monitoring and evaluating production processes to identify and implement productivity improvements.Leading the development and training of new and existing team members, ensuring any skills gaps are identified and managed.Qualifications and Experience: Manufacturing experience in the meat processing/food industry, including the management of semi-automatic packaging lines.2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role.Time management and rostering experience.Hands-on approach and able to assist the team where necessary.Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.Strong organisational and planning skills, demonstrating effective time management.Computer skills including Word and Excel.What We Offer: Permanent full-time opportunity in an essential service industry.Work with a supportive team.Progressive career opportunities.AM Shift, Monday to Friday.Remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
