Responsibilities
Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure work areas are focused daily on meeting KPI's.
Maintain team skills matrix and have development plans in place for each team member.
Write, review and update standard operating procedures as required.
Lead by example with respect to compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures.
Conduct regular and meaningful discussions with team members about line performance.
Skills & Experience
Able to motivate and influence others.
Active listening and clear communication skills.
Computer literate.
Open to a broad range of experience provided required competencies are met.
