About the role: Ne XTimber is brought to you by Timberlink and is built on the same site as Timberlink's state of the art manufacturing facility in Tarpeena.
Ne XTimber manufactures Australian made Engineered Wood Products and provides mass timber building solutions with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels and Glue Laminated Timber (GLT) members.
We are now searching for an experienced Production Planner to optimise the utilisation on the CLT GLT plant and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include: Thoroughly understanding company processes, customer requirements, panel/beam designs, sequencing, nesting, and despatch load builds.
Creating production plans that optimise utilisation across all parameters.
Engaging with stakeholders to develop strong working relationships to ensure the overall improvement of the production process.
Ensuring feedstock is available in advance and transferred to facility in agreed timeframes.
Ensure customer orders include despatch load build advice and details are included and sequenced in production schedule.
Review production schedule and ensure all post production requirements are included in a post production plan and labour/equipment/materials are planned/available.
Qualifications and Qualities you will bring to Timberlink: Experience in Manufacturing & Production Planning.
Lean Manufacturing (desirable).
High level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
