We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Operators to be part of the inaugural team at our cutting-edge site.
You will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery that converts paper into finished consumer products.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our new operation from day one.
Role Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency.
Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance.Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.Consistently check products for quality to ensure there are no defects and that they meet quality standards.Maintain accurate production logs and records.Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and a consistent workflow.Efficiently operate machinery used in the converting process to produce high-quality products.Required Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in operating/setting machinery.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ideally, experience in the paper industry or a BRC accredited factory.A positive attitude towards learning and development.Working Hours:
This role will be a shift-based position; however, during the startup phase, you will likely be working days.
