As the Production Manager, you will: Lead, coach & motivate a multi-skilled team to achieve individual, departmental, developmental, and planned performance improvements. Deliver the paint manufacturing plan covering the Make and Fill areas of the plant, ensuring optimum usage of the automated filling lines. Complete supervisor audits, risk assessments, and implement changes to reduce accidents and injuries, ensuring all incidents are managed and reported in line with company policy. Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to minimize downtime and maximize usage. Ensure effective communication between areas and shifts to maximize productivity and achieve targets. Minimum Requirements: A strong understanding of manufacturing principles. Exposure to and a good understanding of automated filling and palletising machines. Previous leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, change management, and analytical skills. A proven ability to strategically influence and negotiate with a wide cross-section of the business.
