As an Inbound Associate you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate receival, storage, and rotation of stock in line with safety and quality standards.
You'll support daily inbound checks, maintain system accuracy, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement initiatives at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre located in Wetherill Park (NSW 2164).
Your role:- Support daily Inbound checks and counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and storage to minimise wastage and comply with FIFO standards.
- Execute receival procedures in line with SOPs and WI's.
- Monitor purchase orders, top-up orders and donations – ensuring all stock movements are accurate.
- Collaborate closely with FSQA to identify and escalate any quality issues.
This is you:- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Capable of lifting up to 15kg - Willing to work in cold storage (4-7°C) and follow hygiene standards - A team player with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills.
- Committed to maintaining FSQA standards and safety compliance.
