ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a Product and assistive technology Solutions Advisor ? Advocating solutions to enhance independence, wellbeing and quality of life for those living with physical or cognitive disabilities, dementia, medical conditions and age related functional challenges.

We have fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, driven Solutions Advisor, based in Sydney ( home office when not travelling and visiting potential new business/and customers) .

This role requires a professional and driven Solutions Advisor Solutions Specialist who has the enthusiasm and empathy to drive them to strive to enhance the daily experience of all who need assistance, improving lives and helping to grow and enhance a the high quality of the brand! This role will be 75% autonomous so you will need energy, passion and enthusiasm to build relationships with the agencies and health professionals who support those who require assistance as well as possessing great communication skills and developing the knowledge to be able to confidently advise your clients about the range of solutions available to enable them. grow a brand.

What do we need?

An end to end account manager, who can deliver quotes, deliver trials and provide customer support
Maintaining regular contact with established customers and identify new business development activities
Liaising with relevant suppliers to Stay abreast of new products, training and initiatives. Someone who understands the wants and needs of the client/customer and can match product and services to meet those needs
Ability to identify broader independence needs in every consultation and mapping those needs to the solutions available across the broader company range
Compassion- an ability to work with individuals of all ages and someone who is dedicated to improving the lives of people in the community who need our service
An ability to provide an outstanding customer experience will be second to none.
An ability to conduct trials at client locations or virtual trials as deemed necessary
Understanding of/ or a passion for the aged care and disability sector or medical/allied health industry
Ability to build strong relationships not only with your team but with the greater community
Strong administration skills to complete all administration including quotes etc so experience with CRM and Microsoft Office is also essential
Ability to liaise with wider team to recommend and champion new products and areas of expertise
