Product Support Manager (Agricultural Equipment) – QLD / Northern NSW Skip to content Product Support Manager (Agricultural Equipment) – QLD / Northern NSW Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Waringa Distribution is part of the Waringa Group, a fast-growing, diversified agri-business with farming, aviation and national distribution operations. This includes an existing Aviation base in Moree, that can support our Distribution team. We are a national operation, with Product Support Managers in each mainland state (and NZ) and a reputation for outstanding Product Support and service to our dealers and farmers. Our premium product range includes Agri-Spread, Elmers, Gregoire Besson, Geringhoff, Highline, Equalizer & Broughan trailers. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture sector and ideally the dealer landscape in Northern NSW and Queensland – and be based in this region. Key responsibilities will include:Manage and maintain dealer relationships with regular visits to branchesLiaise with BDM to manage product enquiries, quoting and ordersCoordinate and deliver product training to dealers on a regular basisAttend product start-ups with dealers and farmersHelp dealers with product demo's and presence at field daysManage compliance to our dealer agreements for each product lineHelp coordinate OEM visits to dealers and major customersGather feedback and images from the field for use in R&D and product marketingYou will be highly organised, willing to travel and spend time in the field, demonstrate sound mechanical aptitude and possess excellent relationship building skills.
