Position: Product Support Advisor (PSA)
Location: Eliwana
Schedule: 8/6 roster flying in and out of Perth
Description: Deliver a first-class service to our customer prioritising fleet availability of the Cummins powered Liebherr equipment. Complete breakdown repairs and maintenance on site. Diagnose and repair various engines. Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to the Field Service Supervisor. Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens. Qualifications: Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (to Australian standards). Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of HHP heavy diesel products in field service. Cummins engines is highly preferred. Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities. Ability to prioritise varying demands and act accordingly. Hitachi/Liebherr/Komatsu experience highly desirable.
