What You'll Do Product solutions: Understand, define, analyze and document client requirements and pain points by conducting regular meetings.
Effectively communicate the translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical design direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more.
Work closely with remote product and development teams in all phases of the software development lifecycle to conceptualize, design, and implement end-to-end digital solutions that meet business objectives.
Executive Collaboration: Collaborate closely with executives, key departmental management, and project stakeholders across the organization.
Work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization.
Technology Research and Recommendations: Research industry trends and best practices, and develop recommendations for technologies and methods to stakeholders at all levels.
Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.
Knowledge of technical design documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.
).
Experience developing and refining best practices for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytic assets.
Command of sound software design principles and patterns.
Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
Familiarity with marketing and advertising is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
Experience leading projects executed using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
Experience in iGaming will be considered an advantage.

The US-based roles may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
Travel Expectations None
Pay Range $117,600 - $218,400 per year.
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges.
However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
