About the role As the Digital Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of shaping, delivering and optimising the future of our digital self-service ecosystem. You will ensure our capability meets the needs of our new and existing customers thereby reducing our cost-to-serve, increasing first contact resolution and transforming customer experience.
What you'll do Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch.Efficiently manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives.Drive continuous improvement and address customer needs promptly.Your experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Technology, or equivalent disciplineProven experience in digital service products as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile digital environmentProven experience in leading a cross-functional team to successfully drive strategic and tactical digital-first customer experiences.Strong influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver against target outcomes.Personal resilience. The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with fast-paced change environment.This role is best suited to a proactive individual who has experience working within a complex and deadline driven environment.
