As the Product Owner of Event Management, you will leverage your depth of Servicenow knowledge and experience to transform the function from being platform-oriented to capability-oriented, including integration and crossover with other ITSM capabilities including Monitoring and Observability. You will continuously refine the blueprint of Event Management at ANZ and manage the delivery and work of the Event Management Squad.
As a Product Owner, you will constantly prioritize tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of your decision-making. You will ensure that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engage with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. This role includes people management and is a key leadership role, galvanizing the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.
