This team is responsible for growing our fund through member acquisition and retention activities.
The role involves leading the brand's fully integrated omni-channel advertising strategy, overseeing the creation and delivery of advertising assets, and managing the brand advertising budget. Support the Senior Manager - Brand, Events & Partnerships in developing and executing the brand strategyLead the brand's advertising strategy from conception to delivery to drive strong ROAS and contribute to Fund OKRsOversee the development of media plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with OKRsDevelop and manage brand sprint planning cycles, Kanban boards, and backlogsReport and act on advertising, market, and consumer insights to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full integration through below-the-line and earned activitiesLead, guide, and mentor the brand advertising team and other partnersResponsible for setting priorities, managing the backlog, working out timelines, and planning.How do you exceed our expectations?Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.Experience as an integrated marketing manager or expert with extensive experience in running complex advertising activities, from large-scale brand activity to performance marketing, that delivers business resultsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processesExcellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
