Atlassian is looking for a world-class product marketing manager to drive adoption and expansion of Jira Service Management with our existing customers.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to increase the adoption, usage, and expansion of Jira Service Management to all teams within an organization for both SMB and enterprise customers.
While working closely with Product Management and demand generation, you'll help to deliver unique and eye-catching campaigns built upon the product positioning and messaging you've created.
You will also help influence our go-to-market strategy by bringing market and customer insights to product and customer lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities: Implement marketing programs to existing Jira Service Management customers, both product-led and sales-led motions, to drive adoption, usage, upsell, and expansion efforts.Partner with our customer lifecycle marketing team to drive cohesive customer journeys and campaigns.Collaborate with Product Management to bring the voice of the customer into our roadmap and strategy conversations.Be the expert on use cases outside of IT service management and understand our target buyer for those additional use cases.Stay on top of customer, market, and competitive research to continuously shape messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement.Qualifications: 3-5+ years of B2B product marketing experience.An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels.Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas.Be a passionate self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions.Be able to spot opportunities to improve and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement.Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more.Experience delivering campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market.Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results.Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact.Compensation: At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
The baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones:
Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800Zone B: $116,700 - $155,600Zone C: $107,600 - $143,500This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
