Create and maintain product roadmap that articulates prioritized opportunities the portfolio team will pursue now, next, and later.Considered the "go to" person for product design, strategy, and investment questions, concerns, and outcomes within the agency.Lead the development of strategic vision, roadmaps, and release plans for technology projects and communicate them to cross-functional teams and agency executive leadership.Product Prioritization:The responsibility to communicate what opportunities a development team will pursue and resolve conflicts when emergent priorities disrupt ongoing work.

Align roadmap resource investment with agency and portfolio strategic goals.Prioritize Administration and Finance project portfolio and product backlogs.
