BronzeWing is a Lockheed Martin sovereign evolutionary development framework providing core services via an open architecture suite of capabilities informed by demonstrator and prototype foundations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage the BronzeWing development team and maintain the BronzeWing roadmap. Co-chair the BronzeWing PCB. Work collaboratively in a diverse international development team to further develop the BronzeWing baseline. Support the development team in establishing new BronzeWing instances in pursuit of Lockheed Martin business development. Liaise with current Lockheed Martin programs that utilise the BronzeWing framework to ensure capabilities are disseminated throughout existing products. Oversee the resolution of problems identified during the conduct of software development, integration, and testing of BronzeWing with the development team. Guide work within projects that utilise the BronzeWing framework to ensure configuration with the BronzeWing baseline and meet wider Lockheed Martin Program objectives. About you:
To be successful in securing this position, you will have:
Extensive knowledge of Software Engineering processes, procedures, and the overall engineering product lifecycle. Advanced experience leading and/or managing multiple small teams to successful system outcomes. Excellent ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving. Desirable: Experience with commercialisation. Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue. Experience with creating user interface design systems. Rapid prototyping. Special Requirements:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable Baseline with the view to obtain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
