Product Manager - Me@Woolies

What you'll do

Product Manage the "Me@Woolies - Stores" application: You'll lead the development and improvement of the "Me@Woolies - Stores" application, ensuring it remains a valuable asset for store team members.
Technical leadership and Team management: You'll provide technical direction for the product and lead a multi-squad development team.
Collaboration and stakeholder management: You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the solution delivers measurable value.
Continuous improvement and innovation: You'll drive continuous improvement of the product, exploring new technologies and ways of working.
Budget management and vendor relations: You'll manage the product budget and work with vendors to ensure optimal value and a future-proof solution.

What you'll bring

Extensive IT product management experience: You should have a strong background in IT product management within a large organisation, ideally with over 10 years of combined IT and management experience.
Proven leadership and team management: You must have a proven track record of successfully leading large, diverse teams, including experience managing onshore and offshore resources.
Strong stakeholder management and communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience in managing senior business stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
Software Development Lifecycles expertise: You should have a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile methodologies.
Desirable experience and skills: Experience in programme/project management and "Retail/Store Systems" is highly desirable, as are relevant professional accreditations.

Parental Leave -
12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers . Woolworths Group will also continue to pay superannuation for up to 12 months (subject to relevant caps) while the Team Member is on parental leave (paid or unpaid). 4 weeks paid leave for secondary caregivers
