What You'll DoAs a Product Manager for our ecommerce platform across the MyDeal website and app, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organisation by defining and executing product strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of our marketplace platform.
This role requires a strong focus on understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure our platform meets and exceeds user expectations. Your ability to collaborate with engineering, experience, and architecture teams is crucial for the seamless integration and delivery of product features.
Product Strategy and Execution: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our group marketplace platform, ensuring it delivers value to our customers and supports business growth. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring these strategies to life.Team Leadership: Lead and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams to deliver exceptional product outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for product-related discussions within the company. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure product decisions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.Market and Customer Insight: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
