From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it's made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences.About the roleAs the Product Manager for our ERP and Practice Management product, you'll be leading a product that is unmatched in the market and is still early in its lifecycle offering endless opportunities. This product is designed to meet the needs of ANZ Practices, one of MYOB's key customer segments and is also a channel for the MYOB SME business.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy: Define and lead the product's vision and strategy, positioning it for future success. Drive the development of necessary capabilities and metrics to support the strategy.Discovery and Delivery: Identify and understand user problems worth solving. Find solutions to these problems and identify the best solutions to implement. Figure out how to build it with your team and get it done in an effective way. Once released listen to the user feedback, see how the product is performing and iterate.Team Collaboration and Agile: Work with your team in an agile way to achieve results.Internal and External Promotion: Align stakeholders with the product's vision, engage teams in the product roadmap, and communicate the product's value to frontline staff and customers.Personal growth: Spend time on your own development to continuously improve your professional skills and your product.The skills you'll needProven experience in product management, preferably in related software, with a strong track record of leading teams to achieve successful outcomes.Demonstrates exceptional critical thinking and curiosity by asking insightful questions, clearly articulating ideas, and actively engaging with complex problems to develop innovative solutions.Deep obsession for spending time understanding, empathizing and engaging with customers.Analytical approach to assess product performance and user feedback, driving data-driven decisions.Ability to balance short-term product requirements with long-term strategic goals.Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
