The purpose of this new role of Product Manager is to Identify customer needs to deliver transformative directory/marketplace products that fulfil the overarching core business objectives. You’ll report into and directly support the Head of Product & Design who will provide guidance on the overall core product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Engage in user/customer discovery work and ideation workshops, and validate hypotheses through a rapid iteration-feedback cycle.
Support the Head of Product & Design in delivering the marketplace roadmap, in partnership with designers and engineers in their squad.
Work closely with other product managers to ensure an outstanding end-to-end experience for both consumers and providers.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment of activity with the strategic objectives.
Act as a natural leader for the squad, inspiring members with the product vision and their ability to contribute meaningful impact and value to consumers and providers.
About You
Your innate ability to work with others to develop a compelling, considered and functional product to market is key! You’ll need excellent communication skills that will allow you to present compelling narratives to bring stakeholders on the product development journey. Your drive to learn and flourish in rapidly-changing agile environments will make all the difference at HealthEngine. Experience you’ll bring:
2+ years Product Management experience in an agile and cross-functional environment
Experience with marketplace products and businesses ideal; delivering and supporting a recognised/high-traffic product to market.
An affinity for effective design; understanding key principles and the pillars of a well-designed product.
Solid understanding of applicable frameworks, technologies, and services, with a commitment to stay updated with industry trends.
Ability to engage with and champion the perspective of both consumers and providers
Strong experience with basic product management skills such as prioritisation, MVP thinking, customer interviews, market research, A/B testing, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, modelling, agile and lean thinking, roadmapping, and use of established product development tools.
