About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity available within our team for Product Insights Specialist. In this role you will oversee and manage a robust Product Data Management system, while conducting thorough competitor data analysis, guaranteeing consistent, accurate, and complete product information across the various brands within the InfoChoice Group.
We offer flexible working arrangements, with work time split between working from home and from our Brisbane CBD office, with all onboarding and initial training conducted from the office environment.
Some of the key responsibilities are detailed below: Ensure the accuracy and validity of product information within the InfoChoice Banking Product DatabaseConduct regular market evaluations to analyze competitive positioning across product verticals including Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Term Deposits, Savings Accounts, and Credit CardsManage and streamline the processes for updating product information, including key group email addresses and internal job systemsBe the primary point of contact regarding the Product Database for all clientsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive list of contacts for all InfoChoice's vertical brand Product Owners. Utilize this database to implement a targeted email communication strategyFacilitate project management via JIRA for client requests and internal stakeholder initiatives. Prioritize, manage, and deliver projects on schedule while aligning with business priorities.About you
You will have a tertiary degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent with financial services experience highly regarded as a thorough understanding of the structure and the relationship with finance industry participants will set you up for success. We are also looking for a strategic thinker with a high level of innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills that focus on achieving positive outcomes. Proficiency in data handling and quantitative skills are essentialConfident with the use of CRMs and website CMSsAbility to utilize financial information, management reports, and information to identify opportunities and support business decisionsExperience with the use of JIRA / Confluence would be an advantage along with experience in report generationA strong attention to detail.Why us?
