About the role Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we've got big goals and are ready to achieve them.
This is where you come in! We're looking for a Product & Customer Marketing Lead to lead a team of 5 and drive the global product & customer marketing strategies for both Timely and SalonBiz. As part of the EverWell team, you'll oversee strategy across regions, ensuring that our value propositions resonate with wellness professionals and achieve high levels of engagement and adoption.
This is a high-impact, strategic role that will have a direct influence on our brand's growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance. You'll lead a passionate team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and drive product positioning, messaging, and launches that elevate our presence in key markets like the UK, Australia, and the US. You'll focus on strategy, leadership in highly dynamic and changing environments, influencing, communications, and insights.
What you'll bring 10+ years experience with at least 5 years in senior marketing/product marketing roles, ideally from the SaaS or Fintech spacesA get-stuff-done attitudeProven track record building strong product propositions with high engagement, working on packaging and pricing strategies, and collaborating with product teams to deliver cohesive experiencesConsiderable experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the senior leadership levelWell-rounded knowledge and experience across all marketing disciplines, experience building high-performance teamsA leader with both creative and analytical capabilities including: market research, data analysis, understanding of different business disciplines to drive commercial outcomesAdaptable and can deal with ambiguity and changing/growing priorities, with an eye for prioritizationExperience targeting multiple segments, and comfortable with forecasting and attribution across campaigns and initiativesProficient in cloud tools and working in a remote-first environmentOutstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's degree in marketing or a similar disciplineWhy join us?
