About the RoleThe Walt Disney Company (France) is seeking a highly skilled Product and Technical Account Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support and expertise to local partnership activity, and driving a market-localised product experience that enhances sustained subscriber and revenue growth, and customer engagement and satisfaction with Disney + in the ANZ market.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support and Expertise: Provide technical and operational support and expertise to local partnership activity, ensuring seamless integration and execution of product and technology activities.Market-Localised Product Experience: Drive a market-localised product experience that enhances sustained subscriber and revenue growth, and customer engagement and satisfaction with Disney + in the ANZ market.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to understand requirements and identify solutions, and communicate effectively to ensure successful execution of new features, enhancements, and offerings.Product Documentation and SME: Assist with the localisation and review of product documentation, and act as a technical and product SME to support internal and external partner activities as required.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in Technical Account Management or Product-related roles; experience in streaming and/or subscription products/media is not mandatory, but will be highly regarded.Delivering Value: Evidence of delivering value to products at scale, with clear customer and revenue growth outcomes.Skills: Excellent critical thinking, teamwork, communication, organizational and time management skills; good understanding of the SVOD and media landscape, market forces, and consumer behaviour.Tools and Systems: Proficient with relevant collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence, data analytics and visualisation tools such as Looker, and modelling tools such as Excel.
