The primary purpose of the role is to manage end-to-end procurement processes to support Rest Business Units in engaging the Procurement team with sourcing and contract management requirements.
You will be pivotal in managing the sourcing and the contract renewal pipeline on behalf of the Procurement team, co-ordinating & validating business sourcing requests and enhancing procurement systems and processes for Rest.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Support procurement processes including triaging business requestsFacilitate contract renewals and terminations with the business as requiredMaintain supplier data integrity and accuracy.Assist with low complexity sourcing to support the Procurement teamMonitor business processes and ensure all matters relating to records are up to dateContribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiativesAssist in special projects and provide project coordination skills as required.Procurement related reporting as requiredEstablish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders internallyPrepare, manage and communicate stakeholder correspondence as required.Liaise with stakeholders as the main contact point for matters relating to sourcing and contract managementMaintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulations related to ProcurementSupporting the Head of Procurement & Supplier Governance as requiredQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a role supporting procurement, supply chain management or vendor management.Strong understanding of procurementProven experience with systems such as Zycus, Ariba, ServiceNow or Third-party risk management systemsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical staff and senior management.Ability to work independently but values a collaborative approachAdditional Information Benefits Our benefits have been designed so you can tailor your experience with us and include:
