Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our procurement team.
The Procurement Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement function by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.
This position reports directly to the Head of Procurement.
Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing/procurement needs and provide timely support.
Generate and maintain purchasing/procurement reports and documentation as required.
Assist in negotiating supplier agreements and contracts under the guidance of senior procurement staff.
Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate supply without excess inventory.
