Process Worker / Slitter (Afternoon Shift)

We are currently seeking an experienced Process Operator/Slitter (Afternoon Shift) to join our team at NCI Packaging. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating slitting machines, ensuring precise production and efficient distribution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate slitting machines to meet tight tolerances.Utilise hand tools and measuring devices for precision work.Follow established safety, quality, and production plans.Input accurate data into the SAP system and maintain time sheets.Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.Be flexible and willing to learn multiple machinery.Work occasional overtime as required.Job Specific Requirements: High level of mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail.Valid forklift license.Reliability and flexibility in work schedule.Ability to work the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.Willingness to undergo training as provided.Take the next step in your career and be part of our journey towards manufacturing excellence.
