A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.About the roleTo support quality improvement and processes in the Dry Production Lines.Key responsibilitiesInvestigation of customer complaints and completion of response to customer.Internal investigation of non-conformances and subsequent close out.Lead Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective actions.Participation in traceability activities.Complete Glass and Brittle Plastics audits as per schedule.Complete GMP audits as per schedule and follow up on actions.Calibration of equipment such as thermometers, scales, and other analytical instruments.Allergen and ATP swabbing activities.Review of analytical data, ensuring all documents have been completed correctly.Trend analysis of results to ensure consistent process control.Ensuring all computer tasks are completed in time.Generating reports as required.Any other tasks as requested by quality manager.Qualifications and skillsIdeally, a BSc. degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.Proven problem-solving skills in a factory setting.Methodical, well-organized, energetic, with a practical, hands-on approach.At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.Familiarity with product certification programs like Kosher and Halal.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Capable of driving continuous improvement and managing change initiatives.Knowledge of GFSI and GMP systems.Experience with SAP is an advantage.
