Mining - Processing (Mining, Resources & Energy)Full timeBridge Resources provides resourcing, recruitment, and workforce management solutions to the mining, construction, civil, manufacturing, and logistic sectors in Western Australia.Bridge Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Process/Plant Manager for an immediate start to support our client, a gold production mine.Salary: Up to $250k + bonus + superRoster: 8/6 – FIFO Perth onlyStart: IMMEDIATE STARTAbout the Role:Develop the management strategy for the plant to align with the operating and production budget for the Processing Department.Ensure required level of safe productivity & equipment availability by guiding and managing performance of plant and people.Maintain the management reporting system that incorporates performance statistics, applicable statutory requirements & business improvement initiatives.Develop, implement & maintain safe work procedures that promote & comply with the company's OHSE policies.Provide leadership and support to several direct reports such as the Senior Metallurgist, Process Plant & Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent.Coordinate minor & major maintenance projects including planned/unplanned shutdowns within the plant.Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience in a similar role.Qualification in engineering, metallurgy, or similar desirable.Good people management and influencing skills with experience in contemporary leadership methods.High level understanding of relevant legislation affecting the operations and safety of personnel within the mining industry.Budget and cost management preparation experience.Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely & improve team safety awareness.Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas.** All applicants MUST reside in Western Australia and have full Australian working rights **If you have the relevant experience, please hit APPLY and submit your CV.Bridge Resources acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we operate and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future.
