Right now, we're seeking a Process Improvement Specialist who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for strengthening the assessment of, and planning for, the impact of Continuous Delivery changes on the business and business processes. The role will lead and/or facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the TAC claims divisions. You will use recognised continuous improvement methodologies that deliver sustainable operational improvement.
About the Team This role sits within the Claims Systems Improvement Branch, within the Clients, Service & Operations Division. Reporting directly into the Manager, Process Improvement, you will work alongside other Process Improvement Specialists each with your own independent portfolio of work. Bouncing ideas off one-another, the tightknit team is collaborative, supportive and enjoy achieving great results together. The team works flexibly and share an office anchor day on Thursdays each week.
What we're looking for Claims management process improvement experience Lead and/or facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using recognised continuous improvement methodologies that deliver sustainable operational improvementComplete formal analysis and assessment of business operations and dataSupport the development and implementation of continuous improvement and LEAN activities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operationsDevelop and make recommendations for improvements of business processes based on sound research and analysis, at times presented in a formal report for stakeholders to enable informed decision makingExperience and confidence in facilitating workshopsProcess governance, quality and risk Support and maintain process governance structures and support business areas to do thisConduct business analysis reviews, identify impacts and risks and make recommendations based on sound analytics and risk management methodologyUndertake quality assurance reviews of process change and improvementsDevelop and revise processes and controls to mitigate new risksWhy you'll love it here There's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits .
