Job Title: Procedure & Process Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procedure &Process Analyst to assist the organisation to achieve greater efficiency and improve internal processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Continuously improving internal processes and operational efficiencies within Grand Food across all departments to optimize resource utilization.Conduct work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures across sales, procurement, warehouse, finance, and store operations, focusing on optimizing processes related to distribution and supply chain systems.Record and analyse workflows within each department, including sales reports, procurement records, warehouse logs, financial data, and store operations manuals, to identify inefficiencies and improve the flow of products from suppliers to customers, including retail and wholesale clients.Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures in each department, such as streamlining sales workflows, optimising procurement processes, enhancing warehouse management, improving financial reporting, and refining store operations.Assist in implementing approved recommendations, such as updating sales and warehouse procedures, revising financial instructions, and enhancing store management protocols, to ensure effective execution across departments.Review operating procedures regularly in procurement, warehouse, finance, sales, and store management, advising on deviations from standards and recommending adjustments to maintain efficiency and performance.Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexities in process by analyzing workflows and proposing streamlined solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.Conducting interviews with employees, managers and all other stakeholders to gather firsthand knowledge and develop insights for reaching informed and effective recommendatory solutions.Creating comprehensive reports summarizing findings, recommendations and progress. Sharing these reports with senior management to provide them with actionable insights and data driven decision support.Staying informed about industry trends and competitor actions by analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies and develop insights to help the organisation adapt, innovate, and maintain a competitive edge.Assist in implementing approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions, drafting new procedure manuals, and updating relevant documentation to enhance operational performance.Review operating procedures regularly and advise on any departures from established standards and practices, particularly in inventory control, warehouse management, and delivery systems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is preferred.Outstanding communication skills, fostering teamwork and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility in work schedules, ability to work across different time zones, and no travel restrictions.Fluency in both Turkish and English, both written and verbal, is preferred.Proficient in negotiation and communication, cultivating effective supplier relationships.Collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams like merchandisers, marketers, and sales staff.Proficiency in effective people management.Detail-oriented mindset, emphasising quality standards and compliance.Competency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Salary: $73,000-$76,000 AUD per year plus Super
