Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure high attention to detail for quality control.Maintain a high level of safety awareness in all tasks.Perform manual handling of tinplate and stillage boards.Assist with machine operation in a fast-paced environment.Participate in quick changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives.Support machine wash-ups using solvents and inks.Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.Communicate effectively with team members.Job Specific Requirements: Strong attention to detail and quality.High motivation for safety and continuous improvement.Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.Experience in fast-paced machine operation.Good written and oral communication skills.Forklift license and relevant experience.Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively within a small, friendly team.Take the next step in your career and be part of our journey towards manufacturing excellence.
