Overview: As a Principal Utilities Portfolio Lead, you will develop deep client relationships at executive and senior management levels, lead critical engagements, and drive the growth of our consulting practice, especially in the APAC region.
Location: Brisbane Job Summary: You will oversee a portfolio of transmission, substation, and distribution projects, managing large-scale programs and acting as the primary client liaison.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee utilities projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
Develop recovery plans, monitor performance, and implement quality controls.
Manage stakeholder relationships and supervise project teams.
Contribute to strategic growth, develop service offerings, and stay informed on technological advancements.
Qualifications: Extensive experience in utilities project management, especially in transmission and distribution.
Proven leadership skills and deep industry expertise.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additional Skills: Experience in RFP development, business case creation, and thought leadership.
Ability to lead business development initiatives and industry analysis.
Measures of Success: Successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Achievement of revenue, utilization, and practice development targets.
