Principal Software Engineer (Infrastructure) - Expression of Interest At Retrospect Labs, we are all about cyber security exercises.

Please note, this is a remote-first role and the majority of the team work in a distributed fashion.

Responsibilities:
Design and architect solutions end-to-end (code and cloud), making pragmatic decisions Design and implement large features by breaking them down into small, testable tasks and stories Review infrastructure and security related Pull Requests, supporting those features from development into production What you'll need:
Security-first mindset, experience with application security Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and Linux Experience deploying applications in Azure, understands Azure Well-Architected framework Experience with .NET Experience with Infrastructure as Code (knowledge of Pulumi is a plus) Able to clearly communicate highly technical concepts in simple language and using diagrams Experience with CI / CD tooling and processes Experience in working independently without heavy direction or frequent check-ins Able to write clearly and concisely, taking into account the audience MS SQL / EF Core Angular 16+ / Typescript / SCSS Automated testing with xUnit, ASP.NET Core Integration Tests Git / GitHub Actions What we offer:
